MOSCOW, Aug 18 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has received a request from Otkritie Inform, wholly owned by Otkritie Holding, to acquire a 100% stake and controlling rights over insurance company Rosgosstrakh, the watchdog said on its Web site on Friday.
